| Garantie : pièce d'identité, carte de crédit ou dépôt en espèces. La perte et le vol du matériel loué sont à la charge du client. (Assurance facultative pour la casse). Les bâtons ne sont pas assurés : valeur = 1 bâton Frs. 10.--, 2 bâtons Frs. 20.--. Le magasin décline toute responsabilité en cas d'accident pouvant survenir avec le matériel loué. Le for juridique est au domicile du magasin de sports. |

(Versicherung freiwillig für Bruch). Die Stöcke sind nicht versichert, Wert = 1 Stock Sfr. 10.--, 2 Stöcke Sfr. 20.--. Bei eventuellen Unfällen, die mit dem gemieteten Material entstehen, lehnt das Geschäft jede Haftung ab. Der Gerichtsstand befindet sich am Sitz des Sportgeschäfts. | |
